YOUR TASKS
- Recording and processing of the in-house ordering system and the supplier file
- Obtaining and negotiating quotations
- Creation, processing and coordination of purchase orders
- Checking order confirmations and invoices
- General commercial correspondence
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Organizational talent and very good time management
- Commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
