YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for all commercial matters of the construction site, project management and subcontractors/suppliers
Contact person for customers, external planning offices and project managers as well as colleagues for commercial matters
Ensuring the value flows in the project
Correct billing of additional costs according to measurements
Optimization of commercial processes
Organizing and ensuring invoicing and auditing
Administrative tasks in day-to-day business

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as industrial or wholesale and export merchant)
Relevant professional experience in project business or knowledge of the construction or finishing trades, especially in VOB
Confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Technical understanding and IT affinity
Efficient task and time management
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German
